Which audio formats can I convert?+
You can open MP3, WAV, M4A, AAC, OGG, FLAC, AIFF, WMA and Opus files. Support also depends on the codec inside the file; damaged or protected files cannot be converted.
Will converting improve the sound?+
No. A higher bitrate or lossless format cannot restore detail already removed from a recording. Keep your original file when you can.
What if the conversion fails?+
Try a smaller file, close other busy tabs and use a recent browser. Check that the source opens correctly in another player or viewer. Contact support if the problem continues.
