How do I convert M4A to MP3?+
Choose your M4A recording, select MP3 and start the conversion. M4A is common for phone recordings; MP3 plays on a wider range of older devices.
Which MP3 quality should I choose?+
128 kbps is a reasonable starting point for speech. Try 192 kbps for everyday listening or 320 kbps when file size matters less. Higher settings do not recover lost quality.
What if the conversion fails?+
Try a smaller file, close other busy tabs and use a recent browser. Check that the source opens correctly in another player or viewer. Contact support if the problem continues.
