How Ada File Convert handles your files, browser processing, software downloads and support requests.

Your files

Conversion runs in your browser. We do not upload your selected audio, video, images or PDFs to our servers. Results remain in the page until you download them, reset the tool or close the tab. Your browser may retain downloaded files until you delete them.

Software and model downloads

Audio conversion downloads the FFmpeg engine from jsDelivr. Audio transcription downloads an English speech model and supporting files from Hugging Face and its delivery providers. Those services receive ordinary connection information such as your IP address when software is downloaded. They do not receive your selected recording through this tool. Your browser may cache these downloads.

Website delivery

Cloudflare hosts this website and may process network and security logs, including IP addresses and request information, to deliver and protect it. Cloudflare Web Analytics also collects page usage and performance information, such as the page address, load times and browser performance measurements, to help us understand visits and improve the website. This page information is sent to Cloudflare; the conversion tools do not send your selected files or their contents with these measurements.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages people visit and how they use the website. Google Analytics uses cookies and receives information such as page addresses, browser and device details, and interactions with the website. Our conversion tools do not send your selected files or their contents to Google Analytics. You can manage cookies through your browser’s settings.

Your preferences

We save your selected output format and quality in your browser’s local storage for your next visit. You can clear them through your browser’s site data settings.

Support messages

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you send so that we can respond. Please avoid attaching private recordings or sensitive documents. Ask us to remove your support correspondence by contacting support@adafileconvert.com.
